Change management can be a difficult process for many businesses. The extent, pace and scale of change that businesses have had to face over the past few months has been insurmountable. To make sure your business is ready to face the next big challenge, consider upskilling members of your workforce with a professional Change Management qualification.

Effective Change Management (Level 7)

For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular, change can pose serious threats to the resources, capacity and finances available to manage the process and adapt successfully.

Our Effective Change Management has been developed using insights from a range of local businesses and has been designed to support and upskill senior professionals, managers and leaders within SMEs that are currently experiencing change.

The course will enable individuals to design, implement and lead change effectively, ensuring long term success and improved resilience for the business.
