This is the overview of the DMCS team
The Editorial team create copy for online and offline publication. We also edit and proofread copy produced elsewhere in the University to ensure it meets NTU's brand guidelines and style guide. The team consists of an editor, four senior copywriters, one junior copywriter, and a placement professional.
Print and Creative
The Print and Creative team are responsible for the design of a variety of printed marketing materials, including brochures, prospectuses, posters and leaflets. We are also responsible for much of the University's photography and graphic design work across a range of platforms.
The Operations team controls the creation, updating, quality assurance, optimisation and maintenance of NTU's website. This includes our internal search engine, our URLs and domains, and our email templates. We also ensure that the University’s web standards and polices are upheld.
The Digital team are evolving NTU's core social media accounts and coordinating University social media initiatives. We lead marketing effectiveness initiatives and help University teams evaluate NTU's digital activity through tools such as Google Analytics.
Sitting within the Editorial team is NTU's video manager / producer and video assistant, who are responsible for the production and management of all NTU video content. We also liaise with NTU's chosen outside video agencies.
Work requests that come into the DMCS team are overseen by a digital and creative planning manager and a digital marketing assistant planner. The planners ensure requests are filtered appropriately and work with all parts of the DMCS team to ensure work is delivered in line with the University’s standards and policies.
