At Nottingham Trent University (NTU) we have built an excellent record for graduate employment, with 93% of our graduates being employed or engaged in further study six months after leaving (DLHE survey 2015/16). We also strive to continuously improve what we do and are therefore investing in more resources to strengthen our Employability team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Employability Project Officer. As part of this role you will provide information and advice to our students about job seeking and recruitment practices for both graduate jobs and placement and work experience opportunities, including checking CV’s and cover letters. You will also assist with managing our online resources, provide support to employers participating in a range of employability-related events, and assist with organising and delivering open days for prospective students wishing to study at NTU.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and strong administration skills, as well as be a great communicator and demonstrate proficiency with a range of technology and IT facilities.
As part of this role you will also be joining NTU’s Graduate Development Programme, designed to provide you with an extensive range of development opportunities and lay the foundations to your future career. The programme is personalised and tailored to your skill set, to help you:

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 13 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years at the time of applying.
