Applicants must be current NTU Undergraduate students in their final year or have graduated from their NTU Undergraduate degree within the last two years (2019 summer graduation).

Digital Technologies are looking to invest into a Graduate System Analyst to help with the progression of the NTU’s technological strategy by conducting ongoing analysis of our services and applications while also providing support and solutions to improve them.

Supported by an experienced member of the team, you will work across both the operationally-focused side of the team and the project-focused side of the team, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience with a large-scale organisation. You will apply systems analysis techniques to investigate and resolve issues, as well as identifying and helping to develop enhancements to the systems across the organisation. You will become an expert in some systems, promoting best practice across the University.

You will have a keen interest in business applications, and their effective use and management within a corporate setting.

The successful candidate must have excellent prioritisation and time management skills, ensuring a high standard of customer service always. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of fixed and dynamic teams.
