What happens if I am unable to attend?

If for whatever reason you did not attend your Graduation ceremony, your certificate will be posted out to you following the ceremonies, to the permanent home address we have on record for you. Your address details should be up-to-date on your NOW portal by Monday 22 November 2021.

International students with an address that is outside of the UK will receive an email the week commencing Monday 13 December providing you with an opportunity to purchase a secure postal delivery service. Alternatively, your certificate would be posted by Airmail which is not tracked and may take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

Please note that certificates for students who have not registered their attendance are not available to be collected before or during the ceremonies, and cannot be collected by another attendee on your behalf.

Refunds

If you are not attending your ceremony due to non-completion of your course, have an appeal or request for reconsideration in process and you have previously hired your gown or booked your photography slot, you will need to contact Ede & Ravenscroft and Marston Photography to discuss the options for refunds for your order.
