    Before Graduation

    Before your Graduation day you need to have...

    • Registered attendance
      Deadline Wednesday 31 October 2018
    • Ordered guest tickets
      Deadline Wednesday 31 October 2018
    • Ordered academic dress from Ede & Ravenscroft
      Deadline Monday 19 November 2018
    • Cleared University debts
      Deadline Friday 2 November 2018
    • Booked a timed slot for photographs from Success Photography
    • Ordered additional guest tickets for Graduation Hall
      Tuesday 6 November - Sunday 11 November
    • Ordered additional guest tickets for Clifton Package
      Tuesday 6 November - Sunday 9 December
    • Purchased any Graduation gifts

    On the day

    On your Graduation day you will need to...

    • Arrive 2 hours before your ceremony start time
    • Register your attendance and collect your tickets and programmes from the Registration Venue
    • Collect your gown from the Registration Venue
    • Have photographs from the Registration Venue
    • Collect or purchase merchandise
    • Make your way over to the Graduation Hall one hour before the start time of your ceremony.
    • Ensure guests take their seats in the Graduation Hall. Doors close 25 minutes before the ceremony starts
    • Make your way over to the Pavilion after the ceremony, along with your guests, in order to enjoy refreshments which will be served for an hour
    • Drop off your gown in the Pavilion
