TILTOnline is an wholly online experience and works to build community online, and grow the culture of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning at NTU. TILTOnline provides a range of online activities and digital media that facilitate the exchange of innovative learning and teaching practices and support excellence in learning and teaching at NTU and across the sector.

TILT Talks

TILTTalks are engaging discussions on contemporary issues and debates within the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). They take the form of videos, webinars and podcasts series and offer insights into the latest thinking and innovation(s) shaping learning and teaching at NTU and across the sector.

HEA Fellowships

Engagement with TILTOnline and TILT schemes, awards and activities can form part of a portfolio of evidence for HEA Fellowship submissions. Flexible Learning

Flexible learning is a student-centred approach to design that builds a course around a set of ‘student personas’ or profiles which requires a re-thinking of the assumptions that underlie established models. These pages provide advice and guidance on how to develop Flexible modules at NTU.
