Get or reset your NTU password

Instructions for new and current student on how to get a new or reset a forgotten password.

New students

To access resources like online enrolment, our accommodation booking system and your NTU email, you will need your NTU ID and password. Complete this process to get your password.

To start the process, please read and accept the Eduserv Chest Copyright Acknowledgement. You will then be asked for your NTU ID which you should have received in official emails and letters sent to you from the University. If you don't have your NTU ID please email us.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, please complete this process to obtain a new one.

To start the process, please read and accept the Eduserv Chest Copyright Acknowledgement. You will be asked for your NTU ID which can be found on your Smartcard.
