  • Economic evaluation
  • Economics of gambling, prediction markets and political forecasting
  • Economic growth and development, regional and local economic development
  • Entrepreneurship
  • International finance, financial institutions and financial development

Recent contributions to the Working Paper Series include an efficiency analysis of economic performance using a stochastic production frontier model; a theoretical model of the trade-off between electoral gains and the loss of autonomy in policy-making as a consequence of signing up to international environmental agreements; and an empirical analysis of gold price dynamics under different monetary policy regimes.
