Daily 10000 steps challenge – 1st Connect your fitness tracker and walk 10000 steps today, or alternatively go for a long walk

Housework challenge - 2nd Complete some housework and burn calories!

Get walking challenge - 3rd Travelling anywhere today? Park further away than you need to from your destination and walk the rest of the way

January Parkrun challenge – 4th Follow the link to find your local Parkrun and take part

Start your day right challenge – 5th Start your day by completing 6 morning stretch exercises

Get running challenge – 6th Pick your favourite running route and go running with a friend

Deskercise challenge – 7th Studying today? Follow the link, pick 5 exercises and exercise at your desk

Home workout challenge – 8th Follow the link and select 5 exercises and complete a 20-minute body weight exercise circuit at home

Transport challenge – 9th Travelling by bus or tram today? Get off one stop earlier today and walk the rest of the journey

Rooftop challenge - 10th Visit the Boots rooftop garden at the top of Boots library

Discover Nottingham challenge – 11th Get exploring Nottingham and visit one of its many green spaces

NTU Active challenge – 12th Visit the NTU gym and complete a workout

Green travel challenge – 13th Travel actively to University today by either walking, running or cycling

Climbing challenge – 14th Get involved in the Play For Fun Social Climbing session today, 19:00 – 21:00, City sports hall

Spin challenge – 15th Attend the Beginners Spin class today, 19:00 – 20:00, Clifton Studio
