Amanda is an Apprenticeship Manager at NTU. Her main responsibility is to develop and implement an Apprenticeship strategy for the University, utilising the Apprenticeship levy and linking in with the organisations talent development goals to ensure that NTU is helping them effectively spend their levy and develop their staff.
She also works closely with large employers who are exploring Apprenticeships across multiple business areas, supporting and advising them on NTU Apprenticeships and how they can benefit their organisation.
Amanda has over 12 years' experience in the Apprenticeships and funded learning sector, in client facing positions, working for independent Private Training Providers. Previous roles have involved working with a range of multi-national companies to develop, launch and account manage their training and Apprenticeship programmes, and measure impact and return on investment. Her passion is working with organisations and people to understand their goals and help them achieve them.
