Role
Rebecca is the Programme Leader for the BSc (Hons) Property Finance and Investment and the MSc (Hons) International Real Estate Investment and Finance. She is the Module Leader for the Internship module and Property and Construction Economics and is responsible for the Property Mentoring Network.
Rebecca is currently researching NAV discounts in European listed property companies.

External activity
Rebecca trained as a commercial surveyor with DTZ in London, working in European valuation and later in investment. After qualifying Rebecca moved to Vienna where she set up the European office for a UK developer and was tasked with finding retail warehousing and logistics development opportunities across Germany and Eastern Europe. Subsequently Rebecca joined S Immo AG, Austria’s oldest listed property company where she was responsible for institutional investor relations.
