Role
Steven has responsibility for leadership of a suite of postgraduate degree programmes in construction and real estate; these programmes include UK-based MA programmes as well as MSc programmes available to students in Germany and Spain.
Steven is currently working on the development of a collaborative MSc programme for delivery in the Czech Republic. Steven's main teaching interests and areas of specialism include real estate and investment valuation and appraisal, property portfolio management and performance analysis and measurement, investment and corporate property management.
