Role
Dr Gutiérrez-Almarza is a YA tutor for Spanish. She is the Subject Leader and Tutor for the following courses:
- SPAN 201. Introduction to contemporary Spain
- ULP Spanish stage 6
Dr Gutiérrez-Almarza also teaches on the following courses:

- SPAN 102. Hispanic Studies
Research areas
Dr Gutiérrez-Almarza is currently working on a project to analyse the intercultural competence in the context of student mobility.
Opportunities to carry out postgraduate research towards an MPhil / PhD exist and further information may be obtained from the NTU Graduate School.
