Angelo is the Course Leader (Academic Director) of the BA (Hons) International Business Management. He mentors international students and promotes graduate entrepreneurship, global citizenship, and sustainable business models across the School.
Angelo also contributes to the strategic development of NBS’ international strategy. He develops collaborations with new academic partnerships and supports recruitment activities.
Angelo's research areas are:
- Issues of Identity in Family Business;
- Internationalisation of Small and Medium Enterprises;
- Sustainable Business Models in Entrepreneurship.
Angelo is the coordinator of the Special Interest Group in Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship within the ISBE network (Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship).
He is also a reviewer for the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Angelo regularly comments on the internationalisation of small and medium enterprises; on the development of international investments and trade (import/export); and on wider European Union issues.
