Justin is a Lecturer and Academic Mentor in the Department of Management, Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University and holds an Associate Fellowship of Advance HE.

As a Lecturer, Justin teaches Strategy and Innovation, Leadership and Employability (L&E), Personal and Academic Development (PAD), Leading Learning, Development and Career (LLDC), Managing Learning, Development and Employability (MLDE) and supervises students on Research Project. He contributes to the development, marking and providing inspiring feedback on the relevant modules. As an academic mentor, Justin provides pastoral support on one-to-one bases to both Postgraduate and Undergraduate students across respective modules in Management Department of the Business School.

Career overview

Justin began his career as an Assistant Route Commander and Commissioned Officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Admin and Human Resources Department, RSHQ, Abuja and later joined the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, as a Scientific Officer, in Abuja. He began his higher education teaching career at Castle Business School, De Montfort University as Part-time Lecturer in 2018, where he taught Global Business Issues and Global Financial Issues. He has offered consultancy assistance on climate change vulnerability assessment and adaptation planning towards the installation of BIOMARK II at Jaymark Energy Resources (a servicing company in the Niger Delta oil and gas industry).
