Magdalena is a Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management (HRM). She teaches on a wide range of modules in the area of Work Psychology, Organisational Behaviour and Mental Health. She supervises research projects which have a strong psychological focus and is also an Academic Mentor for undergraduate students.
Magdalena completed her master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Edinburgh and is currently close to completion of her PhD at the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow), which explores mental health among young workers and lies in the area of Occupational Health Psychology.
Prior to joining Nottingham Trent University, Magdalena used to be a part-time lecturer in Work Psychology at the University of Strathclyde and worked as part of the Research and Evaluation Team at Skills Development Scotland (SDS).
Magdalena’s research focuses on mental health in the workplace, occupational stress, job quality, and employee well-being.
