Senior Lecturer, Division of Marketing, Retail and Operations
Melanie is currently the Course Leader for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) programmes, and Module Leader for Marketing Planning on the CIM's Professional Diploma, and Operational Marketing on the MSc Marketing programme.
As well as conducting the majority of lectures on those modules, she also lectures and runs tutorials on strategy and marketing subjects across the NBS portfolio, including Strategic Perspectives on Marketing and Marketing Contexts (MSc Marketing), Managing Strategic Marketing (MBA), and Business Contexts and Markets (BABM).
Melanie has a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education which developed her interest in learning and teaching research and practice, in particular on student perceptions of their learning experience. She is currently researching the international student journey in UK postgraduate higher education as part of her Doctorate in Business Administration.
