Dr. Mojtaba Poorrezaei as a marketing lecture is involved in teaching marketing-related modules across both level of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He is a member of School Academic Irregularities Panel (SAIP). He is also a member of Customer Engagement research group.
Dr. Mojtaba Poorrezaei specialises in digital marketing with focus on customer engagement in online brand communities. He has presented his research findings in various international conferences and his presentation won the first prize at Salford Postgraduate Annual Research Conference. He is now working on how customer behaviour in online environment influences their behaviour in offline setting.
He welcomes application from potential PhD students who are interested in doing PhD in digital marketing and online consumer behaviour and social media marketing.
Mojtaba acts as member of advisory board for various national and international projects such as JEMSS, P2T2 projects. He is a reviewer for European Marketing Academy (EMAC), American Marketing Association (AMA) and British Academy of Management conferences.
