Role

Preethi teaches on the International Business modules for 2nd year Undergraduate students. Along with this, she also tutors on the online MBA on the responsible leadership module. Preethi’s primary research areas are business ethics, leadership and responsible leadership. This helped her gain a role as a research associate where she helped in building the online MBA module on Responsible Leadership.

Career overview

Prior to joining NBS in 2015, Preethi worked at investment banks Goldman Sachs, Deutsche bank and Switzerland based reinsurer Swiss Re. She also interned at a start-up technical writing firm called ‘The Writers Block’. She aspires to be an academic when she completes her PhD.

Research areas

Preethi’s PhD aims at understanding the emergence of (un)ethical leadership in the financial services industry.
