Role

Regina is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management with significant international and professional experience.  She has been involved in course leadership for a number of Professional CIPD Programmes delivered in the UK and overseas for clients such as BP in Azerbaijan and Angola and Price Waterhouse Coopers in Russia and the Czech Republic. She has also developed and delivered Corporate Business Programmes within Executive Education for a number of global companies and has developed a particularly strong relationship with the Danish global shoe company – ECCO over the last 10 years working in Denmark, China and the USA.

Regina’s specialist areas are management and organisational development; she has a keen interest in the facilitation of change and learning both at an individual and organisational level and has designed and delivered a range of postgraduate, professional and corporate programmes at Certificate, Diploma and Masters levels. She is also qualified in a number of psychometric tools that are used as a basis for the personal and professional development of students.

Career overview

Regina has over 20 years experience as a HR practitioner in the commercial sector working in strategic and operational Human Resource roles. Prior to joining the Business School in 2002, Regina was Head of Management Development at RAC Motoring Services  where she worked with the RAC Board in designing and implementing a succession planning process to identify and retain a high potential pool of leaders based on a core capability framework and brand values. Regina was also a member of the RAC Pension Trustee Board for several years.
