Role

Callum is a supervising Solicitor at NLS Legal, overseeing the work of the firm’s Education and Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) Service.

Career overview

Callum previously worked as a Legal Assistant in the Legal Advice Centre (2016-17 academic year). He is a Chemistry (MChem) graduate, and studied the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University.

In addition to his NLS Legal role, Callum is also a Trustee at Nottingham Law Centre - a prominent local organisation that also delivers access to justice - and contributes to policy reform, for example as a member of the ‘Tribunal Processes’ sub-group for the JUSTICE and Administrative Justice Council’s Working Party on Reforming Benefits Decision-Making (2019-2020).
