Ejaz is a Chartered Engineer in Design and Manufacturing with over 25 years experience across innovation R&D within Automotive, Electronics, Textiles and Services sectors with patents awarded across these.
His most recent 15 years have been at the interface of Business and Universities with positions as Head of Business Development, Director of Business and Commercialisation and Research and Business Development Executive at University of Derby, Kingston University and University of Nottingham.
Achievements include developing successful bids for Innovate UK and BEIS Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund calls across Energy, Built Environment, Synthetic Biology, Aerospace, Agri-tech and Medical Technology.
Ejaz supports his community through roles as Chairman of a Sustainability Educational Charity and serving as a Magistrate.
