Ejaz has a comprehensive knowledge of the existing and emerging UK Government's Funding landscape and supports the development and submission of bids, assembling the right consortia comprising key stakeholders, industrial and business partners and academia.

Ejaz is a Chartered Engineer in Design and Manufacturing with over 25 years experience across innovation R&D within Automotive, Electronics, Textiles and Services sectors with patents awarded across these.
His most recent 15 years have been at the interface of Business and Universities with positions as Head of Business Development, Director of Business and Commercialisation and Research and Business Development Executive at University of Derby, Kingston University and University of Nottingham.
Achievements include developing successful bids for Innovate UK and BEIS Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund calls across Energy, Built Environment, Synthetic Biology, Aerospace, Agri-tech and Medical Technology.
