Career overview
I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate education at Brunel University before moving to Canterbury Christ Church University to undertake my PhD studies. I have worked at NTU since 2019, firstly as a research technician and from 2022-2023 as Lecturer in Health Physiology.
Research areas
My research is concerned with the influence of exercise on cardiac function, and how variations of exercise mode, duration and intensity play a role in affecting our cardiac health and well-being.
