Career overview
I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate education at Brunel University before moving to Canterbury Christ Church University to undertake my PhD studies. I have worked at NTU since 2019, firstly as a research technician and as of 2022 as lecturer in health physiology.
Research areas
My research is concerned with the influence of exercise on cardiac function, and how variations of exercise mode, duration and intensity play a role.
