Lucy Phillips is a Strategic Partnership Manager in the Research Development and Knowledge Exchange department at Nottingham Trent University.
Lucy joined NTU in August 2018 having previously run the Leicester Print Workshop (LPW), the Midlands Centre for Fine Art Printmaking. She has almost 30 years’ experience in the arts and voluntary sectors, with 16 working as a development consultant on strategic, project and resource planning. Whilst at LPW Lucy managed a RIBA award-winning capital project and guided the organisation through a period of significant growth. She has experience of working with Arts Council England, the Contemporary Visual Arts Network and various arts and culture working groups. Lucy continues to work within the cultural sector and with artists on a voluntary basis. In January 2020 she completed a masters studying aesthetic discourse in theatres and galleries.
Lucy works with Nottingham Castle, Nottingham Contemporary, Nottingham Playhouse and Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature, as well as other partners to connect students and staff from across the university with projects and opportunities.
