Martin is a Psychotherapist in a Private Practice and Private training consultancy specialising in personality issues and extreme difficult behaviours in the workplace. He has been in clinical practice for the past 14 years.

Along with this, Martin worked within various roles as a Police Officer in the Nottinghamshire Police and National Police Training from 1985 to 2010.

Research areas

Martin is currently in the process of commencing research around extreme difficult behaviours in the workplace, hopefully in collaboration with various regions of ACAS the conciliation service.
