Role

Gavin is a Student Services Centre Customer Adviser based at the SSC in Newton. He can provide a wide range of support and advice to help you get the most out of University life.  He can offer support with enrolment, card services, accommodation, wellbeing, financial support and referrals to Student Support Services, plus front of house, telephony and email support to all students across the University. He has a MA in Industrial Relations & Employment Law and has an interest in the Equality Act, especially the area regarding reasonable adjustments. Gavin has attended various wellbeing-training courses, including mental health.
