Better understand your mental health with Mindapples

We’ve teamed up with the mental health charity Mindapples to offer you exclusive access to their app and webinar for free. Mindapples share ways in which we can take better care of our minds and improve our mental health and wellbeing.

You have free access to the Mindapples app, so just use the code NTUMA21 when signing up with this link. The app will guide you on how to manage your mood, get motivated to do things you love and develop strategies to help you manage your stress levels.

NTU is here to help you find what support and resources are best for you to keep you healthy whilst studying. For self-care, wellbeing activities or further guidance on how to look after yourself, check out our Healthy NTU programme. The programme covers all health themes and we run a variety of different events and activities throughout the year, such as mindfulness sessions and relaxing peer led wellbeing activities.
