Having a clear out for the end of term? Donate your unwanted items to the British Heart Foundation

Published: 25/05/2022

As the term is ending you may be moving house and let’s face it - packing, cleaning and lugging your worldly possessions around is never fun. However, we have made it easier for you to get rid of your unwanted knick-nacks.

British Heart Foundation

This year we are supporting the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) Pack for Good campaign, giving you the opportunity to donate clothes, electricals, books and furniture to BHF collection banks. All money raised will support the lifesaving research and work of the BHF.

The collection bins are located near our City Campus on the following streets:

  • Burns Street
  • St Anns Street
  • Maid Marion Way
  • Curzon Street
  • Raleigh Street

So get those bin bags moving. Alternatively, you can take your stuff to any of the Nottingham BHF stores, just mention the Pack for Good campaign when giving it in so we can total how much we have raised this year.

BHF won’t accept coat hangers, pillows, duvet covers or any damaged and dirty goods – but your local council tip will!

So, get donating today and give something back.
