Join in with Sustainability Action Week 2023

Sustainability Action Week (SAW) is back from 13-19 February 2023.

We're bringing together sustainability expertise from across the University, and Nottingham, to run a week of events to raise awareness about environmental and social issues.

Happening alongside Student Volunteering Week, everyone at NTU is encouraged to take part in the activities which are focused on giving back to the environment and community. There'll be activities including the Green Forum, tree planting, bike workshops and sustainability stalls.

NTU Green Forum

A big highlight of the week is the Green Forum on Wednesday 15 February, 9 am-3 pm.

Open to students, this is your chance to share your insight on how the NTU community can work together to improve nature and promote climate action within Nottingham, and beyond.

If you're passionate about our planet, come along and learn about climate equity (the differing resources communities are able to contribute to climate action), join in with practical activities and find out about ongoing sustainability work at NTU.

A vegan and plastic free lunch will be provided during the day. Just email us any dietary requirements after you register.
