Are you ready for NTU’s biggest sporting event of the season?

25 sports, 2 teams, 1 trophy.

Nottingham Varsity is back!

This two-week celebration of sporting talent is a classic tale of local rivalry between NTU and UoN. It dates back to the first Varsity football event in 2001 and brings together students from both universities to compete at the city’s top venues.

Fan favourites like football and basketball will be showcased alongside futsal and netball as our students battle it out for the 2023 Varsity winner title.

The fixtures continue with American Football, Men’s Rugby League and Women’s Rugby Union on 26 March!
