Student Volunteering Week takes place from Monday 12 to Sunday 18 February, and is a national celebration of the amazing work that our student volunteers do in the community. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get involved in volunteering, and to find out more about the ways you can support your local communities.

Why volunteer?

There are several key benefits.

  • It improves your wellbeing.
  • It’s a great way to develop your employability skills and it looks great on your CV and LinkedIn profiles.
  • You can make a positive contribution and impact your community.

As part of Student Volunteering Week we will be hosting a creative programme of activities, both in-person and online, to raise awareness of our expansive and diverse volunteer programme.
