Whether you’re firmly in the holiday spirit or you could use a helping hand, NTU Arts has a number of festive activities to brighten the end of term.

From a Christmas concert to tile painting, here’s what you can get involved in this December:
NTU Christmas Celebration
Wednesday 4 December, 12 pm – The Mezzanine, Nottingham Trent Students' Union (NTSU), City Campus
Enjoy an afternoon of festive fun at NTSU. Expect free craft activities (including bauble and Christmas card making), holiday-themed poetry, live performances, carols and more to wrap up the term.
Free Lunchtime Christmas Concert
Monday 9 December, 1 pm – Royal Concert Hall
Bring your friends, family and fellow students for a feast of festive tunes old and new at this free Christmas concert with the NTU music ensembles. Warm up those vocal cords ready for some audience carols too!
Acrylic tile painting
Tuesday 10 December, 12 pm – The Mezzanine, NTSU, City Campus
Join us for our final tile painting session of the year. Take a break from your studies and paint something festive in this free creative workshop, open to all students.
Writing Masterclass series: Writing Ghost Stories for Christmas
Wednesday 11 December, 5 pm – Knowledge Café, Boots Library
Novelist, playwright and poet Polis Loizou teaches you how to craft your own ghost stories in this free writing workshop – a tradition dating back to Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Do you dare to join him?
