We call this approach, Live, Learn, Work, which is a simple way to describe how NTU supports every part of your journey. We’ll help you Learn through your academic and technical studies, support you to Work by developing your professional skills, and encourage you to Live by growing personally and making the most of your time here.

Our framework
Developed in collaboration with students, Live, Learn, Work is split into three themes, with three different dimensions for each.
Each area connects and works together to help you grow as an individual:

- Curiosity – explore arts and culture, sport, volunteering and wellbeing events and activities.
- Engagement – commit, participate and connect with all aspects of your NTU experience.

The Live, Learn, Work activity hub is here to help you explore, search and navigate activities that match your personal interests.
You’ll find an easy-to-use self-assessment tool to get you started and help you understand where to focus your development. You can tailor your journey, there’s space to reflect on your experiences, and a handy place to record details you might want to share with employers in the future.
The hub also keeps track of everything you’ve been involved in outside of your course – giving you one clear record of your wider engagement and development at NTU.
