Tutor Profile: Amanda Ford is an interior architect who specialises in designing luxury bars and restaurants.

She believe a guests’ experience with a restaurant starts long before they walk through a door - and lasts long after they leave.

Amanda is a partner in the Grey Coffee design agency, and is also a part-time design tutor.

She has an MA (distinction) in interior architecture.
