This two-hour 100% online workshop, delivered via Zoom, will help develop your understanding of free writing, addressing its many benefits and assessing how it can be useful for one's well-being.
It’s aimed at anyone interested in writing as an emotional outlet, whether you have done any previous writing before or are a complete beginner.
What will I gain?
By the end of the session you’ll have built confidence in using free writing skills for personal development and well-being which can be used continually as an emotional outlet.
Tutor Profile: Charlotte Baker is an author and an associate lecturer and PhD student at the University of Derby.
She has over thirty fictional and nonfictional publications.

What you'll study
