What resources are available?

Based on our City and Clifton campuses, the centres provide you with a multimedia environment where you can develop your language skills. Pop in to read the latest foreign-language news, watch a film or TV programme, build your skills with a few language exercises, or browse our audiovisual material.

The resources available include:

  • PCs with Internet access for individual learning and quiet study spaces
  • high quality audiovisual materials
  • an extensive library of the latest foreign-language films
  • computer-aided language learning software
  • foreign-language books, newspapers, magazines and other materials.

The University Language Programme (ULP) at NTU provides a range of language courses to students, staff and members of the  public. Take the opportunity to learn a new language or improve existing language skills.

We offer courses in:
