“Brackenhurst campus is very relaxed and friendly. Everyone knows everyone with it being so small, making this campus so unique. It has great facilities and friendly staff. It is in a great location giving you the chance to live in Nottingham city or on Brackenhurst in the countryside. The campus offers a variety of clubs and societies, including one for geography. This involves group nights out with the course.
“Doing my Geography (Physical) degree at Brackenhurst has given me many opportunities to make myself more employable. I have taken part in fieldwork in Italy as part of dissertation research with a PhD student, where I got the chance to learn new data collection techniques which I can apply to future jobs and studies. In the future, I hope to continue to travel while studying physical geography to develop my knowledge.”
