“My favourite elements of the course are fieldwork and the Skills for Geographers module. I enjoy learning visually, so visiting sites of geological importance really help bring to life the information provided in lectures."
More about Imogen
“I have a strong preference for Physical Geography in comparison to Human and this course was one of only a few which focuses primarily on physical instead of a 50:50 split.
“Brackenhurst is one of the best campuses to work on for Geography as the area makes it ideal for fieldwork. The library has been renovated within the last couple of years too, providing resources and equipment that have helped boost my module grades.

“The atmosphere at NTU is incredibly friendly, with a significant range of events happening throughout the year. Brackenhurst is ideal for those who don’t want to live in a city, but there’s ample transport links into the city and surrounding areas.
“ Being a student at NTU has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life so far. Joining university has forced me to become more self-confident and this has translated across my coursework. Flat life makes friendship building really easy and you meet so many people during lectures, society events and evenings at Brack Bar.”
