I just really fell in love with the facilities, the teachers I had met and the general feel of the campus. It was something that I always wanted.
More about Molly
I’m doing an Access to Higher Education (Animal Science) course. This means a lot of the first term tutorials are focused on UCAS applications and all the relevant elements that make you most likely to get a place on your chosen undergraduate degree.
I really enjoy the science, animal science, welfare, handling and husbandry, and the practical lessons the most. I like all of my course tutors. I have had support from Employability – especially with UCAS applications and personal statements. I’ve also had support from the Mental Health team and they have been truly amazing.
I love the campus because of the teachers I met on open days, the facilities, the accommodation, the support services and the general feel of the campus itself. I love being a student here. I’ve felt a real sense of independence but I don’t feel I’ve been left alone to struggle in any way.
I am part of the NTU Gymnastics team. They are an amazing and lovely society who made me feel super welcome and comfortable. I am also part of the NTU (Brackenhurst) Disney Society.
I’m hoping to progress onto the FdSc Veterinary Nursing and hopefully gain a career in that field. Alternatively, I would like to pursue BSc (Hons) Animal Biology and potentially go on to work with large wildlife like big cats, bears or wolves.
