More about Fatima
"I originally come from Bahrain and I decided to study for my first degree in India, then after finishing I really wanted to come to the UK to experience the British culture. I met an International Recruitment Officer from Nottingham Trent University (NTU) in my home country and talking to her made me decide to come to NTU. She promised me an enriching experience as a student as well as an opportunity to understand and observe the British culture to its fullest. A promise that has been fulfilled, I love NTU.
"I chose MSc Management and International Business as I want to get a managerial job in the UK maybe in the finance or automobile industries. My course teaches you how to work cross culturally to develop international awareness which will really help with my future career.
"The most interesting person I've met since I came to NTU is Adrian Castell he is our course leader along with Liza Pybus. Where I come from, a teacher never mingles with his student but he not only proved this wrong he also proved the point that a teacher can also be a student's best friend.
"The best thing about Nottingham is that it's the most culture friendly place I have come across, there is acceptance of each and every culture. The diversity is unique because of the many cultures that exist in Nottingham."
