Why did you choose NTU and your course?
“NTU was my primary choice mainly because of the reputation of Nottingham Business School. This was enhanced by the experience of my best friend who had enrolled just a year before me. My aim to move towards a Management Consultancy career was well catered by the modules included in my course.”
What has stood out about Nottingham Business School?
“NBS has gone beyond the expectations I had, with the intensive amount of engagement the school offers with the lecturers and staff. The various seminars and competitions the school allows students to participate in, locally and globally, has really enhanced my experience at Nottingham Business School.”
How would you rate the course facilities and why?
“The School offers a number of premium resources to use in our modules, and during independent study. From software that allows for deeper research and data insights, to LinkedIn learning for self-development, NBS has given the students so much.”
What is your favourite thing about your course?
“The assessments. All of my modules have unique assessment criteria, which I believe allows for students to actively push themselves to learn to do something new for everything that they learn.”
What three words would you use to describe Nottingham?
“Compact. Connected. Serene”
Did you find it easy to make friends at NTU?
“Very. The global lounge has been the most interactive place to be. I am still friends with some of the people I met there on my first day.”
What’s next for you after NTU?
“The goal is to pursue my career as a Management/Strategy Consultant, with McKinsey, Bain and BCG as my core focus. The aim is to ensure that I get on track for the consultancy industry at the earliest opportunity.
The employability team have been able to guide me and narrow down my career options. They have also helped to completely restructure my CV and cover letter according to how the corporate sector prefers to read them.”

“NTU is very welcoming to all international students. From interactive sessions in the Global Lounge, to Global Week which addresses so many different cultures, it has been nothing short of a welcoming environment.”
