“The value I derived from the opportunity to complete the NTU Diploma are more than a mere certificate.

“One of the obvious benefits is that we received knowledge regarding current practices and the application of leadership and management in digestible formats. What was however more valuable was that the course was designed to allow us to practice what was learned in a Kentz context, adding not only value to us the participants but also to the organisation directly.

“Being able to do this as part of an international group within Kentz added a unique enriching dimension to the experience which created not only networks but also friends in Kentz.

“The exposure to NTU, as an international university created value for me as an educator in that I could learn, not only content and application, but also in terms of the delivery of the programme in terms of best practice.

“In summary I would describe this as an enriching educational experience that will provide guidance in my practice in the workplace for some time to come.”
