“As my career has progressed over the past few years I feel that the NTU course has supported and had a tangible impact on my personal and professional development. I have researched and read material which I would have not ordinarily done and helped broaden the way I think and approach things. It has clearly demonstrated to me that there is more than one way to advance things and that the most obvious solution may not be fit for purpose in each circumstance. It has really taught me how organisations work and some of the things that make them successful and not so successful.

The models that are outlined and discussed are very relevant to modern day management and it is very evident how they can be applied. The fact that you can relate the material to your day-to-day profession exhibits the benefits that can be gained from the programme so far.”
