More about Mayur
"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at NTU, making the most of the three years I spent there.
"I was a Student Representative for my economics year over the three years, and this exposed me to having a good relationship with all the Economics staff at Nottingham Business School. I also had to liaise with students in terms of issues that may have been a cause of concern for them. This further enhanced my CV as well.
"The best thing about my time at NTU was meeting with diverse people through different channels such as my course and also my student accommodation. This enabled me to enjoy my time at university.
"During my second year at NTU I did a summer internship at a brokerage firm, named Tullet Prebon. An opportunity of another summer internship came just before I was going to sit my final year examinations. I was successfully awarded this internship for four weeks and since then, after some hard work in that one month, I was awarded a full-time position at M&G Investment Management (Part of the Prudential).
"My advice is to any NTU student is take your chance, roll up your sleeves and do what's required – but enjoy yourself at the same time."
