More about Ibrahim
I came to know about Nottingham Trent University when I began searching for a University where I will study an LLM programme in the extractive industry. I saw lots, but I was amazed and fascinated in Nottingham Trent University because of its uniqueness in tripling the course to Oil, Gas and Mining law; its international scholastic reputation in the field of research and teaching; its leading experience in international studentship and its accommodating staff especially Professor David Ong and Mr Alfonso Valero, inter alia. I therefore considered studying at NTU as a golden opportunity to be trained in the extractive and petro-chemical industry so that I will be qualified as an expert in Oil, Gas and Mining Law.
I firmly believe that after I shall have graduated with the LLM in Oil, Gas and Mining, I will be able to transfer this knowledge to Sierra Leone wherein I will immensely contribute in policy formulation and drafting of petroleum, gas and mining legislations for the benefit of the Sierra Leonean populace; adjudicate cases bordering on mining and petrochemicals in court, and conduct research and train University students in Sierra Leone.
Ibrahim studied LLM Oil, Gas and Mining Law from Sierra Leone through our Distance Learning LLM programme.
See what Ibrahim has been up to since he graduated.
