More about Luigi

I achieved a Masters in Law, University of Naples Federico III, then began a career as a criminal lawyer in southern Italy. I was the youngest member of a delegation of local authorities to visit the occupied Palestinian territories of thw West Bank in 2008. This has been one of the most important experiences of my life. I met people of every age with family or friends that were jailed or killed due to the conflict.

I saw what it means to live in a context where human rights are just words, written in distant charters with little to no practical effect. From that moment on I began to dedicate all my energies to human rights causes and, as an ambition, I wish to pursue a career in the field of international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and human rights.
