More about Andrea
"I chose to study the MSc Cyberpsychology at NTU because it would give me an opportunity to become immersed in a world in which there is no limit for the unexplored and the unknown to be discovered. When the human brain becomes united with technology there appear to be limitless opportunities for research and the application of new knowledge.
"This course has enabled me to combine my passion for social networking, media and marketing with psychology and to explore areas of research that give an insight into our future. Human behaviour intertwined with technology is fascinating, as there are no limits.
"When choosing my course, it was important to me that it would be a topic that could be transferred from the lecture rooms to the world and people around me. I am able relate my course to current world topics, which just makes me want to learn more.
"I found the Computer Forensic module challenging at the time. However, I learned that hard work and communication with my fellow course mates meant I was able to achieve a good grade in this module.
"In the future, I am hoping to move to London to join a new start up technology company and help build the success from a psychology point of view. I'm looking forward to being able to contribute my knowledge of research methods, marketing and social media as well as how people use current technologies to alter behaviour patterns. I'm very excited to step out into the working world and be hands on with technology and the human influence behind tech development."
