International Student Support Service
Our International Student Support Service provides advice on a range of issues. It's open to all international students at NTU.
See our statement of service for more information. This includes what to do if you're not happy with our services.
We run welcome events at the start of term. These help you settle into life in Nottingham and at NTU. They also introduce you to the service.
We also offer a range of useful guidance notes. These answer many of the questions you may have as an international student.
How to get help
Visit our website
The International Student Support pages on the StudentHub contain information on a range of topics and many pages include useful links to help guide you. This makes them a great place visit at any hour of the day. If you can’t find the answer to your question, or want to speak to someone, then there are a number of ways to get in touch with us.
Information by email
Please provide as much information as you can about your query when contacting us by email. Current students should contact using their NTU email account. If you’re using a personal email address, please make sure you include your full name and NTU ID.
