Join NTU Faith to celebrate the Islamic occasion of Ramadan
Published: 19/04/2021
At the end of the month, NTU Faith will be hosting a special event to recognise the Islamic occasion of Ramadan.

Ramadan is a time where Muslims fast and reflect on empathy, patience, charity and bringing people together and is a holiday that many of our staff and students participate in.
As part of this event, staff, students and guest speakers will share and explain what Ramadan and abstinence means to them. There will also be reflections on abstinence for other faith traditions included within the session and the opportunity to share in a virtual fast opening, Iftar meal. This will offer the event attendees an opportunity to share a meal and connect with one another.
